Super 8 by Wyndham Wichita North

This was not your normal Super 8 that you expect. The lobby was cozy and welcoming. The room was clean and up to normal standards. The only reason that I did not give this place five stars was the toilet. For some reason it would barely flush and caused some problems. The price was great and the toilet could probably be fixed, but we didn't have time to handle it and had to leave.

My work booked me here. Honestly the beds aren't anything to write home about but that's what you get with the price difference. Besides that though, the hotel was great, didn't smell, some of the furniture was a little bit aged but nothing was broken or anything or completely unusable. When I stayed here it was sold out but the soundproofing in this hotel is amazing, through my stay I didn't even hear a pin drop from outside my room. For almost $40 off a night I would say it's absolutely worth staying at this hotel. I asked the front desk about the reviews just because I was curious, according to them they are under brand new management and they went through a rough period with evictees leaving bad reviews as they were evicting a lot of people first smoking and drugs, from my stay I saw no evidence of that. asking my work to book me here again!

This hotel is clean and the rooms are interesting... but cool. I've never seen options for 3 and 4 queen beds in one room. We upgraded to a room with 3 queen beds with our diamond membership, and it was a huge open room. Very nice for traveling with kids. The hotel is been renovated and the decor is very cute. The shower was hot, the bathroom was clean, the beds... fresh and comfortable. The cons... there was a slight musky scent in the room.... almost like there was a wet towel left under a bed. Also, the cable provider used here seems to have some issues because the weather was good, but the connection was poor. Either way, it's worth the stay. You cant beat the price for this caliber.

Nice motel, seemed clean in the common areas and my room. The staff was very helpful both at check in and check out. 3 floors, but it does have elevators. I had my dog with me, as did a few others. There is a grassy area in back too. I had no problems, except they only have 2 luggage carts and when I was leaving I couldn't find one. I checked all the floors and the front desk girl looked at the security cameras and said someone must have them in their room. (Not her fault). Priced well, around $60. The room was clean and my dog was very content.

It was everything I look for in a hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Air conditioner was very quiet, it didn't wake me up every time it kicked on, and kept the room nice and cool. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water on demand and the pressure was good. Plenty of spare outlets to plug my stuff in. They had a basic continental breakfast that served my need. I would highly recommend this Super 8 and will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

During our recent Thanksgiving travels, we inadvertently left an iPad at your establishment. Your staff was incredibly helpful in holding onto the device until we could arrange for its pickup. We are deeply appreciative of your team's kindness, honesty, and excellent customer service.

After losing everything I stayed here and the employees became like family. Ronnie (maintenance) and Mel (front desk) have helped me so much like they were my parents, Erica (cleaning) and her husband have became like siblings, Jesse (front desk) always makes sure I'm okay he's like my cousin and Dakota (front desk) is like my best friend and every time I cook or go to the store I make sure everyone has what they have what they need... it's like a big house not a motel I love it. My dog even found herself a boyfriend

Now this hotel is a godsend and the staff is just as amazing. I can’t even put into words how good they are to me and my husband. We’ve been here for a minute and let me tell you it is so worth it. Angela is the most amazing person you can ever meet just as sweet as sugar and has a heart of gold. This place went up hill since she’s been here and let me tell you have to come in and book this hotel. The morning breakfast is one of my favorite things here and the breakfast women that runs it in the morning is so sweet and cares about everyone. If you have kids I’d highly book this hotel it’s so accommodating for your babies trust me I know.
